I would like to lodge a formal grievance against one the sales person named "KATIE"
concerning the unprofessional behaviour and verbal intimidation that she's practicing on the sales floor.
My wife together with my 2 kids (4 & 2 years old) was at store no. 302 this morning September 23rd around 11am. My wife was browsing facial creams on the H&B sections of the store. My youngest which is 2 yrs old had a sample of products on her hand, then a lady came to them named KATIE on her shoppers name badge told her this exact words " I don't want that to get lost!".
My wife replied to her that she's still with the kids and will not let them bring it home without paying it. For my wife, her tone and thoughts looks like my kids will steal the products which Is not going to happen. Besides they are still shopping, and was like a few minutes when they arrived at the store.
Katie didn't even ask even a store protocol of my wife needs anything, or if she was looking for something specific, did not even offer a help or greeted them when she saw them. My wife felt insulted and verbally intimidated. I dont know if you encourage your salesperson to behave in this manner but she found it unacceptable and unprofessional.
I would like her disciplined and rethought the etiquette of a proper sales pitch. No salesperson should treat all their customers in such a manner.
I trust the discretion of this company and promptness in addressing this matter as soon as possible. I would like a apology from your company and assurance that none of your employees will act in such rude and inconsiderate way again.
