Three times in a row last week I went for some Brocoli soup or one of your cream soups, so I always check the board to see what type of soups are available that day and it was advertised as they had it. So I waited in the loooooooong line up as it gets very busy at noon and once I got to the til they said that they did not have it but did not have time to change the board. This happened three times and is very frustrating to the customer(s). Today we went and they had potato bacon soup so I ordered two of them and they only had one cup as they ran out at 12:10 pm. That is the busiest time, you would think they would have more done up as it is rush hour in this office oriented area so I was not pleased with this today and the other days.
Please note that your coffee cup lids really are not well made even when it is shut and tab not touched or lifted it leaks all the time. This is very annoying as you burn your fingers and get your clothes dripped on. Would be nice to test and maybe improve the lids or get new ones. Thank you for your time!
