To whom this concerns, my spouse and I visited a Tim Horton's in Courtenay near the home depot today and I was shocked at the poor service, lack of manners and the state of my food.
394 Lerwick Rd, Courtenay, British Columbia V9N 9E5 Canada
I found the staff ignorant, I was served by this young man who would not make eye contact, kept speaking in his native tongue to his co-workers, which I found rude and rather concerning as I do not know what was being said. When I said "thank-you and good-bye" He replied with Hmm Hmm... Also rude.
The food was ill prepared, and the top of my breakfast muffin was missing most of the top so I could see mostly the filling. It all looked half hazard. My coffee was regular and I asked for decaf, and my spouse noted his donut tasted soggy. It just wont do, and this whole visit showed Tim Horton's just did not give a care about the customer.
Very unhappy.
Desired outcome: Someone should talk to staff about rudeness and proper social interaction.
Tim Hortons - Covid19 slackness
My elderly wife and I often frequent this location: Tim Hortons, 394 Lerwick Road, Courtenay BC. Last week when we went in we found our table had not been cleaned/wiped clean/sanitized. We had to ask a staff member to do it. Yesterday - November 13 - entered and noticed 4 tables obviously not cleaned/sanitized. Had to ask a staff member to do it. The staff member used a damp cloth for these tables - no sanitizing spray or soapy fluid. Most businesses we frequent make you wait until they have sanitized tables and seats. In this store this, in our opinion, is extremely dangerous/unsafe and unsanitary in light of COVID19. Thank you for your attention. Mr. & Mrs. K. Pelling.

You sound like a complete racist bigot. Perhaps this young man is just learning English, Shame on you! And perhaps he is on the Autism spectrum and is not comfortable making eye contact. The whole world does not revolve around you, just a heads up. Get a life
They are racist. They are also discriminating against disabled people. Obviously raised this way. They could have autism as you said, or in their culture, it could be different. Not all cultures look people in the eye. He is the ignorant one. I bet if he had a child who had a disability she would disown the poor kid He is allowed to speak any language to his coworkers.
