why is Tim Horton's allowed to have signs saying open 24 hour's or drive in open when clearly there not open make them take down the signs unless there are open or have them removed
the owners will not pay money for people to work night shift and close at 11 pm and do not reopen till 5 am this is not 24 hours as sign says They are million dollar owners but only pay base rate so they can not get people NOW they use the virus to say no customers or can not get people bottom line its the pay for working nights
Desired outcome: remove sign saying open 24 hours or force them open
Tim Hortons - pumpkin spice latte & breakfast sandwich
My medium pumpkin spice latte was only half full when I got it in the drive through, with no whipped topping on top of it. I ordered a breakfast bacon sandwich and instead got a sausage one. I ordered an apple fritter as well and when I got to the window she said they forgot to ring it through, and had me pay for it separately. They don't read the order back through to you in drive through, and they push you through so fast that they take the order off the screen before you can check if it's right and even see the total. This is a constant problem with this location, I called to complain and they said there's nothing they can do. Consistently the worst customer service of any Tim Hortons I've been to.
