The Brick - Less than 3 years old and the cushions on my sectional are sagging

I bought a sectional from the Brick in kelowna in sept 2020 with the extended warranty and have been told they can’t help me with the sagging cushions on my couch. 4 of the cushions have lost their density and makes the couch very uncomfortable and noticeable. You literally sit with your knees by your ears.

We are not home a lot as I work away from home. We dont have children or a large dog, a Chihuahua to be exact.

I have emailed and called and was told that someone would come out for an assessment and still waiting and was also told it would not be covered.

A couch should last longer that 2.5 years .

Desired outcome: I just want the foam replace with denser foam for everyday wear and tear.

The Brick - Washing machine

The rinse cycle is not running long enough and fabric softener is not rinsing out of my clothes. It has damage a couple of shirts. This is the second time that I have been on complaining and still haven't heard anything yet. June 19 was the first time. I will keep complaining on this website until I get some action.

Desired outcome: Get a repair man or get me a new one.

The Brick - Laundry combo / range

Since the first time I wash my clothes the fabric softener still remaining on my close. I sometime I have to rinse my clothes twice, when it's dark clothes it's not so bad but your clothes smell of fabric softener. It has rec one of my favorite shirts. I have changed from washing with cold water to warm in hopes that it will help rinse out the fabric softener. I always add more water then necessary.

When ordering my range the lady asked if I wanted a self cleaning oven or easy clean. I told her self cleaning. She went on about how most oven are self cleaning now. I live alone and don't do to much baking in the oven. Today I thought prefect weather for self cleaning the over. Then I went to start the option was easy cleaning thinking that it would give me more options and it didn't. A person doesn't buy appliances every few months, the last time I bought a range was 12 years ago not even thinking that it wan't give me more options when pressing the easy clean.

Very did disappointed with the sales person. She has made other mistake in my order as well.

Desired outcome: Get a repair man to come and see if there is something wrong with the washing machine. Exchange the range for one that is selfcleaning.

The Brick - Furniture delivery

My wife and I purchased a leather couch, loveseat and chair from the Brick. At time of sale the salesman informed us it was better to order the entire package to ensure the dye lots matched, which we did on August 15, 2020. At time of purchase we were told it could take 4-6 weeks to bring in so do not expect delivery until the end of Sept. Around the middle of September we were informed our loveseat and chair arrived early and could they deliver those items for which we agreed with the expectation the couch was a few days to a week out. After two weeks we contacted the Brick and were informed that the delivery date was now unknown, due to Covid, which had already been going on for six months before our purchase, yet we were still told 4-6 weeks at that time. When I asked when we can expect delivery of the couch now, they said, maybe November but they cannot guarantee that. All this and yet we were billed for the entire package on August 15th, even though we had no product. We agreed to pay in advance with the expectation we would receive delivery no later than the end of Sept. They are underhanded and dishonest, as the only reason they wanted to deliver the loveseat and couch "early" was because they new if we called at the end of Sept and asked where our furniture was and they told us delivery now might be November or even later we would have cancelled the purchase. Dishonest business practice at its finest. I will never shop at the Brick again and will let my personal network know the grief they have caused for what should have been a happy occasion.
