So I have went through the drive thru of the kitimat tim hortons and ordered a large ice capp only to have it handed out 3/4 full and was told that is how they are to be made I have been going to this tim hortons every day since they have opened here and my ice capps have always been filled to the bottom of the lid I can not go to management about this because the one who is making them like this happens to be married to the manager with the ice capps being made like this i am getting a medium for the price of the large and a small for the price of a medium if you could please let me know how full an ice capp is suppose to be after it has been whipped
