To whom it may concern;
I was in the 11852 HWY 97 N Lake Country B.C. V4V 1E3 Tim Hortons Restaurant On October 26th from 2:15 pm to 3:15 pm. Not one table was cleaned and the staff never attempted to clean any tables in between new customers that sat in the store. The female drive through waiter dropped a bag with a doughnut on the floor, she then picked it up and put it on the food counter and was going to serve it the customer and when she saw me look at her and shake my head she she then threw it in the garbage and got a new one. Meanwhile she contaminated the food counter and did not clean it. When I placed my order for a small coffee, a large coffee, and an icecap I was given a a French Vanilla coffee instead of an ice cap. I told the server and she said no you ordered a French vanilla and would not change it. There were three of us who all said we had ordered the Ice Cap but she insisted we had not and would not change the order. Several other orders from other customers were not correct as we were there and the server denied them as well. We frequent this location often but are concerned about the cleanliness especially with COVID 19. I felt I should contact you so this can be remedied as I don't want to see this location shut down due to COVID 19 violations and poor customer service. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
