I have lived in Nanaimo, BC Canada for the past 50 years and remember when the BK restaurant opened in the early 80s. An observation I've had with this location is that the Drive Thru board and system has never changed (microphone/speaker system). It seriously sounds like the teacher from Charlie Brown and wonder why as an International Corporation, they would not spend the money to upgrade or fix it? This has been an on going concerned for at least 20 years and just had to bring it up. The wait times are approximately 25 minutes on average to get your order in the Drive Thru. Also, there have been deep pot holes in the exit lane as you leave the pick up window. This restaurant is not a shining example of any BK restaurant we have frequented and it need to be addressed.
