The staff at 48 Tenth Street Nanaimo, B.C. participate in harassment and slander against each other as well as customers. False police reports being made against staff and customers making the Franchise and Corporation legally liable. The store manager Reymer at this location not only allows this behavoir but also participates in the slander campaign. Photo/video and written eviedence has been submited to a legal team. All future employees and customers should beware of this location and it's reputation.
Tim Hortons - iced coffee
I've gone here over twenty times now and they don't have iced coffee. They said they need to make it and then put it in the fridge. This has led me to go to Starbucks 4-5 more often as they always have iced coffee. Extremely rude staff also the way they explained it. It's obvious that many people have complained about this as I've never had an issue with any other Tim Horton's getting an iced coffee. Seeing the multiple people just drive through the the drive thru makes it even more obvious I'm not the only one with this issue. How is it that only this location that's conveniently located close to my house runs out of iced coffee before noon everyday and doesn't make any more?
