Wow, where to start. I have never in my entire life received such horrible customer service. I live in Port Alberni BC Canada, and I go to the Tim Hortons on Redford Street every morning as it's closest to my house (otherwise I would boycott this location all together) I spend at least $10 - $16 every day for my orders. When I order I ask for breakfast sandwiches without cheese, shouldn't be that difficult to not put cheese on the breakfast sandwiches, but EVERY time they put cheese on it or they give us the plant base sausage when we ask for original sausage. EVERY time I ask them to fix it, it takes them at least two times to get it right. Honestly, they are playing a game and making it wrong on purpose because I can clearly see the employees laughing and joking about me handing my order back, EVERY time. It's absolutely embarrassing that a customer spends that kind of money at the store each and EVERY day and they screw you around on purpose. Not once have they ever tried to make it up by giving us our next order or trying to make it right. The Manager at the store, Gareth, is going to ruin Tim Hortons reputation, because let me tell you, in a small community where people talk all the time, people will tell 3 people about how good the service is and they will tell 10 people about how bad the service is, which is what I have done. You would think the employees would be kind to a customer who is clearly a regular and spends a lot of money there but nope, they all treat me like a piece of crap every time I go through the drive thru. I'm not sure why I continue to go there but today was the last straw, and I will NEVER go back to that Tim Hortons again. I will be going to McDonald's for my coffees and my breakfast sandwiches going toward, this has been such pathetic treatment to a good customer. I will continue to tell people about my hundreds of disappointments going to that Tim Hortons, because it has been brutal. They are such an embarrassment to the Tim Hortons franchises and it needs to stop. You're losing a good paying customer because of a bunch of useless employees who don't give a crap about their customers.
