Canadian Tire - The communication attitudes and not familiar with products

This morning I went to the store to buy several different soils to plant. The cashier put the one wrong product code and I found the mistake when the store employee was helping me loading the soil. I returned into the store and they asked me to return the product reciept then buy the correct product. The cashier used their earphone system to ask the staff member standing outside about the soil code and charged me with that number. After I paid, the staff member loaded the soil into my car. In the evening, I found I needed more garden soil, so I went to the same store. When I told the cashier I wanted to buy 7 more garden soil bags, I looked at the morning receipt which written "potting soil", I was not sure even the price was the same as the garden soil, so I? told the cashier, but the cashier said that was the product I bought this morning so I? should buy the same thing. Then I paid, when a store worker help me loadind the soil, I told him my question about the soil might not right. Then the guy suddenly became a police and not help and not allowed me to load the soil because he thought that was two different soils even though they were the same price. He immediately asked his manager came outside and taught me a lesson:" You cannot load what you want and next time you should take a picture of the product and?give to the cashier! You must go inside to do the return first!……" Hahahaha, it seems that everything is my fault. I have already reminded you store and staff several? time. If I hadn't constantly told your staff my concern, your staff wouldn't have? found the mistake. Instead of being so rude to a former loyal customer and treated me like you were my boss or parent or teacher, you should be ashamed of your service and attitude. Customer is not to be your store to be taught by you! Anyway, maybe my deepest mistake is to be your customer! The experience was really sucks which was the first time experience in my whole life.
