On Saturday I went to Canadian Tire in Riverview, N.B. To have left headlight replaced. Have previously had headlights replaced and this only took a few minutes. This. Time it took at least one-half hour and I am sure it was a little longer than that. Cost of lamp $12.49. Cost of labour $37.60 plus shop supplies (not specified) $3.66 for a total of $61.81. Came home and watched a video of a person changing a headlight and this was accomplished in no more than five minutes.
Would appreciate your looking into this matter as I feel I have been taken advantage of and overcharged for this very minor job.
