Purchased a couch in 0ctober 2019 and it wore out within 3 months, after arguing for 3 months they finally replaced it with the same couch that wore out again in 15 months in the same exact spot, now they won't do anything. I have asked for a refund based on the fact that the couch has worn out twice in two years and this is a manufacturer issue and now a poor CS issue as I can't get them to call me or do anything.
I offered to take a 80% refund in the form of a store credit so the money stayed in the store. They won't take it back, they said they would look at it, but it has been over two months and I already replaced it with something better.
So far head office has done nothing, the store has done nothing. I don't want to take them to court but that is the next step for me.
Desired outcome: Refund
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
