In November 2021, I left a deposit of $275.00 for a couch that I wanted to purchase from your Ancaster location. In March 2022 when they tried to deliver it the couch would not fit into my elevator, and it was returned to the store. (The delivery drivers were very rude toward me) Within 48hrs I went back up to the Ancaster store with elevator dimensions in hand and picked out a new couch which the salesman assured me would fit into my elevator with the dimensions I showed him. In October 2022 my couch had finally arrived at your warehouse and was going to be delivered to me within 24 hrs. When the delivery drivers got here (very rude again) they stated that the couch again, would not fit into the elevator and the couch was returned to the store. I didn't request my deposit monies back, I assumed that would cover the delivery costs for the drivers and I also did not wish to purchase from your store any longer as I had been w/o a couch since March 2022 and I did not want to wait any longer for another one. In Feb 2023 your company decided to apply the balance of the sale of the couch to my Flexeti account w/o my knowledge $67.80 & $1158.57 and give me a store credit. I only discovered that they had been applied recently when I used my Flexiti card to purchase some items from Wayfair and now I have interest charges of over $100 AND because I haven't made any payments toward these costs it could be affecting my credit rating. I was NOT satisfied w/your services or your staff and I do not wish to purchase anything else in your store(s) I would like someone to reverse those charges off of my Flexeti account and void whatever store credit they have. I am looking for a quick resolution to this issue and would like someone to contact me right away. I have been in touch w/Ancaster and they have no desire to fix this. I have made an online order through Lastman's bad boy.

The purchase was made April, 13, 2020. Since them I have heard nothing from them, online system shows order is "processing", but they've taken the funds from my credit card already.
After do not receive any information from them for over two weeks, I've tried to call their customer service many times, they are unable to provide the status of the order. Finally, I was able to reach the sales dept. on May 4. Then, they said they are out of stock, and they do not know when they will receive such item for sure from manufacturer.
So I requested to cancel the order and request for 100% refund.
They refused for refund and only able to provide the store credit.
Desirable resolution:
Cancel the order, and refund 100%. I do not wish to receive the store credit.
Lastman's bad boy has the worst customer service ever, and I do not wish to continue any purchases with them.
