I have sent several request for a refund of a defective TV you sold me. You also insisted that I purchase your Solid Gold Warranty and I will not have anything to worry about. The TV is still under manufacturer's warranty since I bought it. I am now requesting that you refund the money I paid you for the Solid Gold Warranty - $208.88.
You have responded to me several times indicating that you have a high standard, but nothing seems to indicate this is the case. You are very poor in communication and customer service. You hire the worst employees and sell the worse product. This is why you can offer discounts, because of the poor quality of products and poor service. I have attached my invoice with all information to send my refund.
It is just $208.88. You MUST be a company that enjoy ripping off customers to hold on to this refund.
Desired outcome: I want the refund of the Solid Gold Warranty I paid you - $208.88

Sales Bill -B70723-I made my purchase at Bad boys located at 499 Main Street South, Brampton, ON.
May 24th 2020 - I Got appliances at this store and opted for Warranty. On 25th my wife went back to cancel the warranty (not the appliances) as we don't the necessity of having it. It was fair ask to store as didnt deliver appliances to my home and more over it is our money and during this covid-19 situation we don't wanted to spend on something which is not important. Today at 27th morning we have received appliances, store manager has called up and started detitating us instead of understanding the actual problem. This is unfair to get such detitating terms from store manager as well as not to get our money back.
If appliances could have delivered, I could have understood that warranty cancellation can't be done, but it wasn't the case.
