On monday August 12th at 4.25am i got my iced mocha latte from drive thru of tims at onroute westbound. I was travelling from toronto to woodstock and was feeling asleep thought to get a ICE coffe just to help me go the distance. When i got the coffe after waiting 7 mins at the drive thru window (not the line as i was the only one) the ice coffee was double cupped and was sought of wierd thing as i never got a ice coffee double cupped but didnt cared and left the onroute without having a sip of the coffee when i tried the coffee on my way it was "HOT" not cold the way it was supposed to be but HOT that one sip ruined my day. If the store didnt had the coffee with them why they didnt let me know and there was no time issue as they had me there for long enough to make a dozen of them. I also work in food service but i never serve someone a thing they didnt even order. I spent $4.10 on a coffe that i cant even drink and according to me iced mocha latte is tims expensive coffee and they cant even serve it properly. I will be attaching pictures of the double cup.
