Today Wednesday Sept 4th at 510am I entered into the drive thru lane. There were a few vehicles ahead of me and a few pulled in directly behind. This is generally a busy Tim Hortons especially in the morning.
I pulled up to the speaker at 510...by 515 noone had taken my order. So I pulled forward thinking maybe the speaker is broken.
I then proceeded to sit in the drive thru lane an additional 5 minutes behind the 2 cars ahead of me. When I arrived at the window the young lady at the window spouted off an order which I quickly said was not mine as noone had taken my order and I waited at the speaker for 5 minutes.
The young lady laughed at the situation then asked for my order. Which I gave to her. A large double double and 20 pack assorted timbits. She then took off leaving the window open where I watched the other 2 staff laugh and joke over someone elses breakfast sandwich. One of those staff then walked over and snapped "did you pay yet or...where are we"
I said I hadnt paid. He then spouted off yet another different order which I stated wasnt mine. "Well what did you order then?" He snapped. So i repeated my order and he took my payment. The first staff came back and gave me my order still laughing and without a word or appology shut the window and walked away.
By the time I got to enjoy my order i realized that they neglected to put cream in the coffee and definitely put way more then 2 sugars. Due to the fact I was already at work I couldnt return it.
The quality of service at this location is seriously lacking. Wait times seem to increase each month. The attitudes of the staff is absolutely abissmal. Half of them act as though they could care less about their jobs. The number of mistakes on orders is almost daily. Something needs to be done.
