Tim Hortons

We have stopped for years at this Tim Hortons for gas and food!
While it has often had a unkept/clean washroom ... today I went into washroom and walked out.
No food or gas!
The washroom has toilet paper all over the floor had feces that had been walked on.
This washroom had not been cleaned or inspected for hours to let it get to this state.
If the washroom is this filthy how bad is kitchen area etc.?
An inspection is long overdue here !
