July 26 and also earlier in the week at same location at a non busy time of later morning.
I always ask for and enunciate clearly that I’d like my iced coffee with milk and without cane sugar base. The screen reflects my order, however, when I pick it up it is not correct.
Does your staff not read and double check orders? Maybe they need to verify with customer at the window. It is very annoying to either drive back or get out of the car and go back into the restaurant afterwards.
Desired outcome: Points? Gift? Work on better communication skills for your teams when serving customers.
