I went to the Tom Horton’s on Little Current Ontario Friday, September 15 at approximately 12:15 pm and purchased items that had special offers. When I went to scan and pay the scanner wasn’t working. So I didn’t get the special pricing, I didn’t get points for my purchases, and I didn’t get entered in the special scan and pay for the vehicle.
This is the second time this has happened to me at the same location.
Desired outcome: I’d like my points and my entry into the contest.
