I am writing to you to raise an issue about: your car wash
The issue that I have experienced was: I purchased the premium car wash on Saturday, April 24th along with gas. I went thru the car wash, everything was fine. I live across the street, so once I pulled into my driveway I noticed my license plate cover was cracked in half and my license plate was fully bent inwards (the part that was exposed from being broken).
I went back right away and told the young man at cash. At first, he told me I was probably driving thru the car wash... Which is ridiculous because you simply cannot, it beeps loudly to stop and the car wash will not proceed if the car is too far ahead. I showed him thru the window which car I have and he decided to give me a premium car wash as compensation or come back a different day for a manager. I decided not to escalate the situation, and as I was walking back to my car, which was still wet, I couldn't believe the scratches my hood got from the wash. This car was picked up 3 weeks ago, brand new. It is a new 2021 infinity qx80. If the car wash cannot handle larger full size SUV's then there should be a sign for this. This is the second time I went thru this wash - the first time it barely washed my car, and I was told it was too big of an SUV. Then perhaps have a big sign indicating Esso car washes cannot handle it. Not only did my license plate cover break, which is fine, I can buy a new one at infinity, but I am certainly not paying for the damage the car wash did to my hood. I have pictures of all receipts and the scratches it did to my hood. It aligns exactly with where the car wash was washing my car. This is ridiculous. It not even a month-old brand new $102,000 cars.
To add, the guy at cash took my original receipt for $121 to show the manager proof that he gave me a premium car wash as a resolution.

At first, I was a bit frustrated with the license plate cover, but stuff happens - but now with the hood damage I am extremely frustrated and need Esso to resolve this issue.
This should ABSOLUTELY not be happening and once again, if your car wash cannot handle a large full size SUV indicate that everywhere!
Pay for damage to hood

Esso - employee dishonesty
Attended Esso at 1500 Major Mackenzie Drive for fuel on January 12, 2019 at 12:45am. Pumped gas and went inside to pay. The clerk inside was on the phone, he turned to me and asked "is that everything? How are you paying?". I proceeded to pay by debit and saw a sign in the store that says free car wash if we don't ask prior to payment. I mentioned the policy to the clerk and he said "I asked you". I don't know what the repercussions are for not asking but he blatantly lied to my face. Shocked at his dishonesty I said no sir you didn't. He became angry and very rude towards me, so I asked for his name. He became even ruder and shouted at me to go ahead complain. I left without getting a wash and was disappointed that he treated me like that.
It's not so much that I didn't get a wash but more the principal of the matter.
