Tim Hortons - Coffee

I purchased an extra large regular coffee through a drive through at 170 McNaughton Road East and while taking the cup back home the coffee cup collapsed and the scathing hot coffee fell on my stomach burning my skin.

Date of order: 22nd July 2023

Time of Order: 2:30 pm

Mode of order: drive through. They don’t give an order number for the drive through.

Desired outcome: I need Tim Hortons and the location franchise to apologise, compensate and change the cheap quality material they used on the cup for other to not face the same issue.
