On Sunday August 25, 2019 I visited the Tim Horton's on Market Drive in Milton. I ordered my usual morning coffee, and a B.E.L.T. without the egg. I decided to order this product based on the enticing photo at the Drive Thru window.
What I received was FAR different that the advertised product, as well as the quality of the product was incredibly questionable.
As a Food Service Manager, I fully understand that we eat with our eyes. This product was OVERLOADED with chopped lettuce that was yellowed and rusty, bacon that appeared grey in color, sandwiched in between a bagel that was burnt on the edges and uncooked in the middle.
Unacceptable product.
