Shoppers Drug Mart

I went in store and I saw a red discount sign for Dove foaming hand wash $3.99 CAD and I took 1 bottle to cashier. But the cash out scanned$5.99 CAD, so I asked a customer service person why the sign is on sale for $3.99 and she called another customer service person to check the price, however when the person came back from the office she was very rude said to me " there is New rule doesn't matter what you see on the signs if they are not for that price you just have to buy the regular price . do you wanna or not? " she was very loud and looking at me upside down while when she was speaking to me. I don't know if that is how Canadian shopper drug mart store Training their customer service staff to treat a customer in the very disrespectful way or just because I'm Minority Chinese ( the customer service person she is Canadian white female lady).

I'm not sure this kind of customer service is happening everywhere in Canada at the shoppers drug mart store but I think this racism needs to be stop so I think people have the human right to make a complaint about this Poor service and I don't need to be feels last respect just because I'm not White female. Someone should look into this so next customer will not feel try to go to the store to purchase and ended up feel violated .
