I try not to go to this location anymore because i find the service is very bad.
I only went to this location today (03/10/2020), because i didn't have my car to go to the other one near by.
I don't know if they are just unpleasant with me or that's the type of people they are. If that's the case, please have them re-trained on customer service or hire new staff.
I find that the staff is not following the cleanliness protocol.
Today I ordered 2 bagels and and one of the workers was making them for me, all of a sudden another worker decides to join her and engage in a full conversation. Normally i don't care what they do on company's time, but they were talking right over my food. Unacceptable. People needs to be conscious because when we talk, through no fault of our own, spit will come out. I went to talk to the manager on site, and her answer to me was: Well, i will let them know, but if someone asks them a question, they have to answer". That's not an acceptable response. If someone is asking them a question, turn around and answer it if that's the case and not over my food. In this case, they were having a conversation.
The staff is not clean or friendly. I am not sure what it will take for this to be taken seriously, but doesn't look like anything is being done since the same thing is happening every time. The behavior doesn't seem to be changing for the better.

This tim Hortons have the most rude employees I have ever been too. It's like they are doing you a favour for working there. I asked for a belt sandwich this morning and get out to my car to realize there is no lettuce or tomato on it so I go back in and they act as if it's my fault and telling me they didn't charge me for that. I said i asked for a BELT sandwich which I'm pretty sure the L and the T stand for lettuce and tomato. They made me look like a fool in front of everyone in line and then they were snickering in the back about he wants lettuce and tomato. I will never go to this tim Hortons again and I probably just wasted 10 minutes of my time writing this complaint. They should do a total re hire at this place and give the jobs to people who actually want to work and have some basic manners. Oh and by the way the sandwich was terrible she smothered so much mayo on there and I threw 3 quarters of it out. Also I've never heard a thank you or your welcome from this place every time i have been. I'm done with tim Hortons.
