Ordered a small Steep Tea Regular (along with few other items) at the drive through (Drive Through #177) at 03:36:20 pm on Thursday, February 11th 2021.
I received my order and the Steep Tea was labelled at "Rg" which was hard to differentiate with other "coffees" that were ordered. Anyway, by process of elimination, we determined that this had to be my "Steep Tea - Regular" however, it still smelled like coffee and I had an colleague taste it to confirm that it was.
I drove back to the same Tim Horton's at around 3:45pm and asked them to change my order, just another rushed sup labelled "ST" for Steep Tea. This time, I was smart, I literally parked and smelled this new order again because I am not driving back to work and found out it is coffee again because I only have 15 minutes break, and to my surprise, it was coffee - YET AGAIN!
I'm mildly allergic to coffee and cannot consume it.I then walked into the store, and I ask for the Store Manager who came and I told her the situation that both cups that I were given for indeed - "COFFEE". She was very apologetic and offered me two coupons along with my right order.
What's most unfortunate is that this is the 3rd time that I've had the same incident at this store location. This is so ridiculous, again they gave me coffee. What is going on, can they get it right, I told them steep tea and they even wrote on the cup ST? It just don't make since.
