I have been trying to get ahold of someone regarding the food quality at the Newcastle store. I have been trying since Feb.15.2024. I was told because it was so long that it would be esculated higher but it has not.
I need information where I can esculate this issue please.

food quality: extremely poor, grill cheese had stale bread, cucumbers infused into the grill cheese, two completely different sizes of bread used
I have contact the Business Centre 12 times, contacted guest Services 2x and I am not getting any help.
Claimed loss: 25.00 plus
Desired outcome: reinbursed and compensated for taking a month to have any action on this issue.

With my 10 year old daughter. The young man working at the sandwich station wasn’t wearing gloves or washing his hands. Proceeded to bite his nails and touch his face then go back to making peoples food.
He also repetitively yelled out the word “[censored]” with a dinning room full of customers.
Tim Hortons - drive thru
Drive thru was ridiculously slow. A van waited at the window for over 20 minutes while the line up of cars grew and grew. I'm still sitting here waiting as I write this. If the employees at your restaurant cant handle the orders than they should he rrerained or fired. Waiting in a drive thru for half an hour is unacceptable.
Perhaps you need to take a page out of McDonalds book and have designated parking spots for people to wait instead of holding up the 25 people behind them.
