On wednesday, december 30th 2020 around 1:45 pm, I went to the 345 speers rd gas station Tim Hortons and ordered 2 bagels to eat. I went up to the cashier to pay and pick up my food. When I came home, my kid opened it and the bagels were completely burned — pure black char. I went back to Tim Hortons, wasting my time that I could've been doing something useful, and complained to the manager about the gross meal. I tried giving them back to her and get her to apologize for the inconvenience of me going back and forth from my home. She did not care, she didn't apologize nor take the food back. Luckily, I got two new bagels for free. The customer service was terrible at this location.
Desired outcome: I wanted her to apologize for her fault and take the burnt bagels.
Tim Hortons - Cockroaches found in coffee cups
I am a regular visitor of Tim Horton's and extremely troubled after discovering cockroaches in my coffee cup at store #819 at 345 Speers Rd. location in Oakville. At first I decided that I would just not return to this location but decided to submit this complaint after hearing from others including staff that this has been a problem for a very long time that management is aware of and has done has done nothing to resolve. I am a regular Tim Horton's customer and am trying not to allow myself to be totally turned off of the company because of issues at one location however if this issue is not addressed and rectified promptly I will be reporting it to to Halton Health Department.
