Over the last 2 weeks I have been to Tim's 4 times and each time they mess it up. First 3 times they had 10 people on the drive through only 1 on front and there was 2 people in line. IT took me 20 minutes just to get a coffee. The fourth time me and my dad ordered 2 bagels toasted with butter and cream cheese. We received the bagels then dove off. At the French highschool Garneau We found out one bagel had no butter or cream cheese. When we walked back in the lady who remade it was really rude and was using dirty butter covered gloves then got snarky when we asked her to remake it again because it was greasy.
