I submitted an order online 0523 at 607 pm I walked from one end of the hospital to the other I waited 20min while everyone in line was served I could see my ticket order after everyone had left she finally acknowledge me and said she did not have any bacon for my order, I was angry. I understand the shortages what I don't understand is why I had to wait so long for them to tell me about it, this is the 4th time that the same thing has happened. I have a limited time for break and to be told 20min after the fact that they did not even start my meal. I have come in the morning to get tea before my shift at 7am and 4 people are stocking and cleaning and 1 person is taking orders and filling them again I have to be at work on time. I would like this place cleaned up service wise they are the slowest place ever and more expensive than anywhere else in Ottawa.
