On Thursday November 23 i had a prescription to be filled for my eye injury.

They received it at 1:30 that afternoon. By 4 pm i called to see if it was ready, they told me they were working on it. By 6 pm i called again she asked me when would i like the prescription for? i advised her that i needed it by closing tonight she answered we close at 10pm. At 8pm the phone lines were closed and was not able to get through to the pharmacy. So, I continued to wait as my eye was in pain. By this point there was no way i could drive to get my medication. 9 am i received a text message that it was ready for pick up.

When I picked up my medication, I asked How long does it take to fill a prescription. She said 1 hour. I then asked her why have i been waiting 18 hours? She walked away from me.

This is terrible customer service! customers should not have to wait that long for their medication to be filled! I will never go there again.

I got a $100 Amazon Gift card that was purchased on August 1, 2021. It had been glued back into the cardboard packaging in such a way that you really couldn't tell there was anything wrong. I went to use it on or about August 16 only to rip open the packaging to discover there was glue all over the code number and no numbers would show. Since then I have been battling with Shoppers head office with numerous phone calls etc. I have notified the police, written to CTV W5, CBC Marketplace and also a Consumer Government site. Shoppers tells me that they won't replace the card because it has already been used and to contact Amazon. I have already contacted
Amazon and they say I have never used it. It was used before it was ever purchased. They are pretty much calling me a liar and a criminal without actually saying that. I am 68 years old and am not a liar or a criminal.
