I purchased 2 luxury car washes at Esso in Renfrew with the understanding it was okay to go beyond the 3 months. At the time of purchase I flat out said it was not worth my bother to buy if it had the time constraints. The worker said it would be okay to go longer. I get the tickets were purchased sometime ago, I never planned on it being this long, the pandemic had other ideas. Due to the pandemic, I don't get to town very much now especially this end of town. The store would only cover 50 % of what I spent. I spent my money on the washes to begin with, why do I need to pay more?
For the cost of some soap, water and wax, they would of had a very happy customer who would sing their praises, telling everyone to go.
Desired outcome: I would like the two luxury washes to be 100% covered.
