Canadian Tire - Tire

I purchased two tires from Canadian tire. Today I had a flat tire. I went into the same Canadian tire store that I bought the tire from and asked about having it checked out fixed or replaced if needed. I was told that I did not buy that tire from Canadian tire, that Canadian tire sells the brand "General" tire. I was told that if I wanted to leave the car with them they could have it fixed by early next week. Needing my car to go to work leaving it there until next week was not an option. I returned to my car in Canadian tires parking lot and called CAA to have the car either towed or have the tire taking off the car and the donut tire put on. When the CAA driver removed the tire I found the code for the tire on the side along with the brand name. It is a "General Tire" and the code matched the numbers on my reciept from this Canadian tire store.

Canadian Tire - No signage visible re change of hours

Hello. We stopped into our neighbourhood Canadian Tire on Welland Ave in St. Catharines Ontario yesterday (August 8, 2020 just before 6 PM to get a number of items that had been piling up on our list. Upon entering the store we saw the sign stating the store was open until 7 PM. However, once we got into the store and started shopping, not two minutes later an announcement was made that the store was closing. Once again, the store hours signage on the door clearly stated the store was open until 7 PM. As a result, we couldn't take care of everything on our list and found ourselves scurrying to get to the check out with only a few items. We asked the cashier about the hours and she said they close at 6 PM. We suggested to her that a sign informing of this change of hours be posted where the store hours are posted. Not sure if that's been done. I took a photo of the store hours upon leaving the store. See attached image. Needless to say, it was an inconvenience for us as we were unable to get everything we needed and due to our busy schedules, we are not sure when we can return. It would have been very helpful to see signage indicating updated hours where the store hours are posted. Thank you.
