Hey i am regular customer of Esso gas station and go nowhere else. I was not treating good at gas station also the employee refused me for using washroom which was not free. I had $60 of gas and also have receipt. Employee named PREAUTH at night shift 7016 Yonge St thornhill location made excuse saying its out of order and most of esso gas station employee lie same. When i asked where do you go he replied no where. I am an Uber driver and drive night time where should i go for restroom. Very disappointed please take serious action or i will permanently stop using esso for future.
Desired outcome: I just want employee to let their customer use restroom who are purchasing something.
Esso - I am complaining about you cashier
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Petrol Stations
The issue that I have experienced was: Walk in to your Esso gas station to buy lotto tickets as I walk up to the counter there was 1 person in line, I walk up to the cashier and gave him my lotto ticket.
He scanned played the 1st ticket and then that's when it all started.
There was a man behind me look like the same country of the cashier, Indian.
After he played my 1st ticket, he called over the man from his country to start to serve him.
I was like what are you doing I am here, why are you calling the guy from your country over to serve him. You are with me, what are you doing.
He said he was there before I said what are you talking about I was the only one at the country, why are you serving someone else.
Because he is from your country?...
Cant be leave what I am seeing.
This guy that works at your Esso Must be prejudice and only does for his people
shame on this guy today at 7am to do what he did, What a disgrace to your Esso name.

This meant that I was affected in many ways I felt low felt belittled and to have someone served me for half a second and turn away and then serve somebody else because there from their own country is Sooo Unacceptable.
I am hoping that you can Retrain this person, he has no idea how to deal with people and is the WRONG PERSON FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE JOB
You can see this man like to have problems with people, has a chip on his shoulder and is very, very Ignorant and I don't know why.

Esso - car wash
I got a car wash receipt from this location which expires in November. Car was code 46589. The receipt that I got says duplicate on top. Now when I went to redeem it the guys at the gas stations are saying it is not from their location and they can't check it. The guy at the station was rude. Even after telling them several times that it is from that location they refused to even enter the code at the car wash.
Esso - Broken Tail Light
I took my brand new Ford Mustang 2013 to ESSO car wash at Yonge and Steeles and right after the wash I grabbed a piece of fabric to dry some wet spots, when I found cracks on my tail light. I spoke to the yardman and showed him the cracks and he told me I had to go there a day later and speak to the manager. So I did, but the manager was ready to get rid of me, he simply said it was impossible and the tail light could not have been broken during the wash. I told him "please ask your yardman, I spoke to him yesterday", surprisingly the manager said that the guy was not allowed to speak to me! Then I asked the manager to take a look at my car at least just to see what I was talking about, again he didn't even bother to do that.
I do have few reasons to believe this happened during the wash; I was shopping and putting the stuff in my trunk before going to the car wash, so I could have noticed if it had been broken. Also, the bumper or other body parts are intact, so this can't be a result of a car crash, a car would hit my bumper first not a spot in the middle of the tail light. Finally, if I went to the car wash with these cracks on my tail light, then it would break apart completely, because these cracks can't resist even a slight pressure.
I called the Imperial Oil head office and filed a complaint, but again a few days later someone called me and said the station has rejected your complaint! I said of course they would reject, that was the reason I called the head office.
I really don't know what to do, this is so wrong and unfair and I feel upset about it. The tail light costs CAD $600, my insurance has $1000 deductible policy and there seems to be no way for me to get compensation form ESSO or Imperial Oil, and their attitude and the way they handle complaints is just ridiculous!
