We purchased our Sofa and Loveseat in November and 4- 6 weeks later it was delivered. Ok. Then we are finding that the support under the cushions is not good at all! (still have the tags on the furniture) So…we phoned the support/service number. Speaking with them, we wanted to return them for a higher quality set and told them we would be willing to pay for better furniture which we thought we were getting. We were told they didn’t do returns! What? Seriously. They instead said they would ship us new cushions! Which wasn’t the problem. Then they said they would send someone to look at the sofa set and re-build the support! We have never heard of a company coming into my home and re-building the furniture. We WANT THIS PUT RIGHT. It’s a bad set. We were willing to spend more money.. but they turned us down?
It may be time for a civil issue here. We’ve never been more disappointed in a purchase in our lives. Ashley Management needs to clean house with some people…but they need to know their products and this was awful.
No one has yet to come to look at the set, which we were told was going to happen. They did ship new cushions which we have NOT OPENED.
Desired outcome: If you will not allow us to replace this set with the original we purchased with…then we want a full refund.
