On 2023.06.30, I went to one of the Midas branches to mount and balance a set of tires. The work was carried out as promised, but when I went to remove my wheel kit I found that the rims had several scratches due to the carelessness of assembling the wheels. I had just bought the rims, they were new and it was the first time they would be mounted with the tires. I have invoices for everything.
Midas, in addition to having damaged a new product, I was completely disrespected by the manager just for demanding a job well done.
After all that, they agreed to repair my rims (I had to cancel a long weekend trip) and had my rims for a week to do so.
The result of the work was terrible, I had demanded a work done by professionals, and what was done was a work of very poor quality. I'm frustrated with all of this, I paid to stress myself out.
I currently have rims that were devalued by Midas' bad work and I still paid for it.
I called Midas customer service and was promised to call me to address this issue and they didn't.
