This specific Tim Hortons in the afternoon shift has the worst customer service. Not only is the coffee always watery (not like other Tim's locations, will not taste like coffee in a regular) or will have coffee grounds on the bottom, they are very rude and have horrible customer service. I have had this experience for years and years as I live closest to this location. The people that work in the afternoon, specifically drive thru need to go through some sort of customer service training or observation without them knowing the way they speak to customers, their demeanour, and lack of respect is out most what makes it worse than getting a bad coffee. I have had separate horrible experiences and I had wish I would have paid attention to the name tags if they even wear them. They will speak to you like you should not be there, they will hand you your order with an attitude and say "here!", they will never greet you, the tone of the attitude is horrible, sometimes when making a mistake ordering they will laugh at you, and God forbid you need help or call something different. It is always no matter what this way during this shift. I have had instances when I can hear them laughing right after I order, when I asked about the new points app she was very rude and argumentative when I just did not understand, I once ordered "a box of 12 donuts" instead of saying a dozen donuts, they really do not need to have such attitude from the staff and laugh while the speaker was still on and when I went to pick up the order it was the same demeanour. These are just experiences that come to mind but it is always rude and it seems to be maybe the same few female workers and one or two male workers that are this way. I would like to not go 15 minutes out of my way to avoid this Tim Hortons due to these staff members that are rude.
Desired outcome: Have management aware of the customer service.

A Canadian comment l On his 70th birthday my brother was asked when he would retire. His reply was " well about 4 minutes after my heart stops or five minutes if I just had a Tim's coffee. His friends laughed for hours about that comment .
I would like to honor him by adding this to your Tim's great comment board
