Tim Hortons needs to improve their app to actually be user friendly. The majority of the time when I activate an offer and then after scanning it doesn't show up. The biggest problem is when there's a error in an order and the app was used the customer needs to wait 30 minutes before the scan is successful. Today I ordered 2 breakfast wraps and 2 coffees, the servicer asked me if I wanted combos. I told her that I didn't think it was possible but she said that an adjustment would be applied but it won't show up as a combo. So I agreed. When I went to pay it applied a discount for coffee from the day before. That's not what I wanted. Then I was that I would need to wait 30 minutes to get the offer.
Just to give an example for the competition... I can go to McDonald's and use multiple offers at the same time, not Tim Hortons...
McDonald's will always make it right no matter what, not Tim Hortons. Tim Hortons response is always the same...
Sorry I don't have the ability to fix this.
I'm getting real tired of being aggravated at Tim Hortons. I frequent Tim's at least twice a day and I'm thinking about changing to McDonald's.
Desired outcome: Assure me that a correction is being done.
