I was refused to scan my loyality card for my visit today March 23, 2019. I was told that my purchase of a medium sized ice-cap with a double epresso shot did not qualify. I paid 5.05$ for the purchase. The gentelman went to say that I had to by a coffee, tea or donut to use the card. If this is the case then your loyality card is not what it has been advertised to be, which I have read is about the visit
I'd like my card to be honoured and a TIMs card for a future purchase
