Hello, my name is Susie Lacroix and I was at your store at the carrefour de l'estrie Sherbrooke Quebec with my daughters today (because it's the closet one to me and I love your products) but I will never go back. You had a product on the shelf that read $9.50 but when I went to purchase it the clerk (she was very nice) said no it's $15.00. I pointed out that it said on the shelf 9.50 (marked all around that shelf of the display). I then politely asked to speak with the manager as the signs the entire way around the shelf were very misleading. I explained the situation to the manager as normally they are supposed to stay true to the advertised price. She then said (in french) if you read the fine print, it says it's for a pack of 2 products instead of the 3 products that were actually on the shelf. I explained I am English so I can't read French. The manager then proceeds to smugly say "well I dont speak english" touches my shoulder and in french says "you are in Quebec you need to read and speak French". I found this very disrespectful to me and to my daughters (who DO speak french). Sorry to say it wasn't a pleasant experience. She was very rude and condescending, as a manager should be respectful of their clientele despite languages. The matter was not dealt with with the professionalism I expected from this store. This was today, December 21, 2019. I have pictures of the product and the signs around display.
