This is a very large successful company in the US and abroad. I fail to see why they cannot hire customer service agents to respond to calls and emails.
On January 13th I ordered (8) products totaling $112.66. I happen to live in the same state as Camille Rose Naturals (Georgia).
On 1/22 I received (4) of the products with no explanation. I sent numerous emails on their website and externally. The company did not respond to any of my emails until I requested a refund from PayPal. I finally received a response from CR on 1/25. They informed me they were sending the remaining (4) products.
On 1/27 I received (2) products and I am still missing (2) products. Once again, I'm emailing them and getting no response. Additionally, the Algae Renew Conditioner that I received was not sealed like all the others I've purchased in the past, and the color is a greenish/gray.
I am still waiting for a response on the (2) items I did not receive and would like to know why the ones I did receive are not sealed and the color is off.
This is so sad, my faith and confidence in this company is now gone.
