I received a delivery today by Canpar from not my usual driver. So I have paperwork signed with the courier service for automatic signature and delivery drop off at door if not home. This lady shows up, bangs on my door like it's an emergency, scares the *rap out of me and my kid. Shoves the signature pad at me when I open the door. "Oh, I have to sign now? What happened to my paperwork and did the sticker on my door not scan?". Oh she does things her way she says. So what is my paperwork null and void if I'm not home if this piece of work is working? Then what was the point? Proceeds to interigate me about what's in the package and lecture me about if it gets into my child's hands. Wtf?! I'm sorry but it's none of your business 'Karen' and the above mentioned paperwork clears you of liability, no? Then why do you give a damn? Absolutely ridiculous, how dare you come to my home and lecture me about my purchases. Thankfully I was home for the delivery otherwise I would've been even more enraged if it was not delivered as it's already electronically signed. Absolutely ridiculous.
Desired outcome: If there's paperwork in my file for delivery then ALL drivers should be following the procedures
