The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with! After they sent me my original order of a black and white image, which somehow ended up in a brown tone, I had to have a reprint done, but once again the reprint was done wrong. Finally it was black and white like the original image was, but it then did not stretch to cover the stretcher bars that were provided for me. Once again, I called and spoke to someone about the issue that I was having and she told me that I could return the print and emailed me a shipping label. After shipping it back to them, I did not get a refund. After three weeks of patiently waiting, I called them to see what was going on with the refund and the man that I spoke with was not only completely unprofessional, but he told me there was nothing that he could do for me over and over. He claimed that they did not have the canvas that I sent back to them, that they never received it, and that they did not have a record of them sending me an email with a shipping label. I spent over ten minutes with him on the phone asking him why I had to pay for a mistake that I had not made and all he responded with was "I'm sorry ma'am, there is nothing that I can do." He basically tried to blame me and act like I was making all of this up and did absolutely nothing. There was no customer service, no compassion, nothing. Do not trust these people with your money! They will rip you off and leave you empty handed. I am now out $63 and do not even have a product anymore to show for it.
SCAM! They take your money, don't send the product, and charge and International service fee!

I ordered something before, but now we got everything in a box thrown together without even an assembly manual! Their phone number doesn't answer and I want to see I could get an answer by e-mail. This is total s$#@!
Never Received my order. Had to call credit card company and dispute the charge because they didn't respond to emails and the phone line was always busy.
They charged my credit card and said I would get email with tracking # (would ship within few days). Never received email or product. I had to contact my credit card company for refund.
I ordered a print on a canvas and never received anything. This company is a complete scam. After searching around, I am not the only person to have this problem. Do not order anything from this company!
I wish I would have looked up this company before ordering - poor print quality & no response for my return request.
It took over a month to receive my order, I called them many times, there was no answer, when they did answer they promised that my order will be shipped on the same day which did not happened. The print wasn’t stretched and I had to do it by myself. Overall, I would not suggest dealing with them.
Ordered canvas. It arrived late and had printing errors on it, including random horizontal lines that were not in the original file. They refused to give any type of refund or reprint. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Terrible! I ordered some canvases from them because of their prices. What I received was not what I expected! It was a DIY project when I got it. There was no mention of this on their website. I have filed a complaint with them, and trying to get my money back now.
I ordered a picture for my boyfriend's birthday. They said it would ship in 2-7 business days and after 7 days, I called and the thing wasn't even made yet! The lady on the phone was extremely rude. I had my order canceled and will ALWAYS read the reviews before ordering anything online like this again. Now my boyfriend's present will be late :( I feel very bad.
Do not I repeat order from this site, Promising on time delivery never happen. Called them put you on hold for very long time..Very Bad business to deal with.

Ordered an item. CanvasDiscount.com promised that I’ll get shipment after 2 days. Weeks passed by but I didn’t get anything. I e-mailed them and all my e-mails were returned. When I tried to call them the phone was silent. Where should I go now to get my $325 back?
I ordered 3 canvases on 12/5/11 with the promise that they would be shipped within 3 days. Nothing, I waited until 12/20/11, called and was told they would be here by 12/22/11 for sure. Nothing, three emails sent, tried calling again and got a busy signal. Started investigating the site and found all these complaints. I'm now in the process of recouping my money from the bank as this was a fraudulent transaction.
Absolutely the worst. Don't ever gj there. Terrible colors, bleeding images, awful canvas quality. They promised a reprint after my bad review and send something that was even worse. I asked for my money back since it was a large order but haven't heard a peep.
I don't know what "Higer's" problem was, but all you have to do if an online merchant cheats you is contact your credit card issuer (mine is my credit union), tell them, and dispute the charge. You need some type of evidence but if you say you were sent an email with a return postage label then that's what you send to your credit card issuer and they're reverse the charge on your account. Geez.
