Capitol Vacations review: cancellation of contract

We are owners @ Stormy Point Summer Winds. BRANSON Mo. Came for our vacaton to be told this new company Capital Vacations had taken over. WHich we never knew about. Our sales rep ROD HEIL made it sound like we needed to sign with Capital Vacations. He (Rod told us it was illegal for them to talk to us if we didn't own outright.) Come to find out we still owed on our Summer Winds Contract so he shouldn't have been talking to us. Went back to the same office to cancel Russell was the person we talked to he was going to email us with confirmation of our cancellation and we never received. Today we still have not received and it has been two more days.
