I can't get from the Met Life Bank or Home Loans home page, when I click on the Mortgage sign in button, to the sign in site. I am told every time that Internet explorer cannot display the page. The page is hosted by carenet.fnfismd.com. I am in Thailand and did not have this problem until after Nov 1, 2012. Numerous complaints by telephone to Met Life Customer Service have them telling me they have no problem accessing the sign in web site. I have emailed Met Life web pages for testing web sites with the result that the web site is down. I have done everything locally I can do. I have tried to access the site with a different computer, my computer with a different ISP, and a different computer with a different ISP all with the same result. I have had my Service Provider check my system and they can find no problems. I want to be able to access my account to ensure it is up to date.

I am still trying to log onto the Met Life Bank sign in page (date 12-23-2012) from Thailand with the same result. I will try again when I return to US.

I am also in Thailand and having the exact same problem also beginning on Nov. 1, 2012. I am going thru the Sun Trust Mortgage site and get the same message. Sun Trust Mortgage does not have a Technical Support person so I am out of luck with no one to help. I would appreciate any way to contact Carenet and ask for their technical support but no luck yet.

I'm in Germany and I'm having the same problem, but through a different bank! I wonder if it's an overseas issue? I should be able to have access to my account regardless of where I'm located! This stinks!
