I have never had such appalling service from a store (wallasey) or a so called customer service department.
We bought a carpet 14 months ago at 56.99 per soft so a so called good quality one. The pile in all rooms has flattened so badly even when hovered and the color has completely gone from a pewter grey to a dirty silver.
Had Tom the store manager round ti inspect if and he confirmed should not be like this and he took photos to send with report. The supplier tried to fib us off by saying this is natural flatting (maybe after 20) not 14months. No report on color fadeness in all rooms. After going in store to challenge this finally Tom agreed to replace carpet we chose a new product, had the estimator round, confirmed with customer service and arranged provisional fitting date. To then get an email from Tom ti say they are doing nothing now.
I cannot believe this they have breached the consumer code act 2015 but the way they have lied is appalling. Ihave advised which? Watchdog and customer service and their head office. Still nothing yet next step with be solicitors
Do not buy from this company!?
