unauthorized debits on my debit card
I noticed 2 separate charges on the same day that I had not authorized. $29.95 and $35.95. I called my bank and cancelled my debit card, and am in the process of disputing the charges. They are still in processing, so I hope they don't actually go through. I am assured that I will not be responsible for them in the end, thank goodness. There was also a charge from Kennsley LLC on the same day for $34.95, and I am still trying to find information on that company, but it is also a purchase I did not make.

bad CSR, hang up the phone if you tell them the situation, hang up again if you ask why they hang you up, end up you need to cut your credit card or they keep charging every month without your permission. 100, 000 complaints were not wrong, ccbill is a one of credit card scam site. Be careful !

I called within 3minuets of my $29.95 scam charge and then had a $1.95 fee added to that, and said that I didn't want this charge and had not used it, after one of their model said that my card would not be charged! They said they are not responsible for what individuals on the site say and that I checked the terms and conditions that said "non-refundable"! I didn't use the service and called immediately after my cell phone alerted me of the charge! These guys, the site and people on the site are CRIMINALS!

Ccbilleu.com+1888 has accessed varied amount of money from my account without my authorization. I do not believe I could make such withdrawal from my account when I am in a finacial difficulty during this period of recession. I would appreciated this to be stopped with immediate effect and refund my money back please. This is an incovinient causing a negative balance on my account.

I found my credit card charged for 1 transactions of $ 29.95 each, in the name of "CCBILLEU.COM +[protected] VALETTA. MALT MT". I know nothing about them as i made no subscriptions or purchases.

This company charged me $29.95 which was not authorized by me! I called the number on my cc statement and I did go thru a process to cancel and it confirmed I was canceled. However, I made the selection on the phone to talk to a customer rep. and I was on hold for 25 minutes. I am going to challenge the transaction with my CC company and see what happens! I am really angry!

I have tried to cancel payments to a dating site and left messages with TNWBILL.COM and received no response. I do not know where my payments are going to. I am also being charged weekly for a monthly membership. The complaints department here sucks and I have had to go so far as to cancel my bank account to stop these payments being taken out of my account. I get no response from TNWBILL.COM when I write to them. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!
These people need to lose their hands, and they would if they lived in another country where its their custom to take the hands of thieves. They have drained every cent from my account, every 2 or so days they would go and debit 429.95, $32.00, $8.00, and $6.00. i agree that they should definitely need to be stopped. They do not live in my country we have a government that has a zero tolerance to online scams.
unethical business practices
This company works with people who run websites that offer services that are never fulfilled. When these sites are used you get signed up for free trial offers to other sites that you had no intention of signing up for. Your card/account is then atomaticly charged until you call and have it cancelled. When I did call I informed them of what was going on and they did not care one bit, they know that people are useing them to scam/rip off people and yet they continue to participate in these misleading and unethical business practices.

Hello, I had three charges all dated 5/17/2010 for $29.95EU, $29.95EU and $39.95EU as well as three currancy conversion charges amounting to $0.80. My bank caught it and called me, I suppose because so many people have complained about this company. While I agree with 'bankgirl' that some should check with the men in the house, this was not the case for me. I have not been on adult sites and do not use this card on-line. I wonder how many people that have been charged fraudently by this company have traveled and used this card in the islands. I just had a friend that had a very similar situation on a card he only uses on vacation. One year later he was hit with many fraudulent charges on the card.

There has been unauthorized charges and withdraws from my bank acct. I have no idea what these charges are for or how they got into my acct. to take money that had nothing to do with anything that Iv boughten. credit card misuse
I see an entry in my credit card statement CCBILLEU.COM +[protected] and USD 29.95 is charge to me (transaction date 19-02-2010; posting date 24-02-2010). I am being charged unjustly without my request. During the previous month also I was charged by the same company and I had posted a complaint. Again I am charged by the same company though I did not at all use my credit card for more than a month.
I request the company concerned not to charge me unjustly like this.

I just received my new Visa card and didn't even use it yet. However there were two new charges on my statement. They were both identical and both from CCBILLEU. COM in Valetta MH; in addition there was a foreign transaction fee as well, both charges added up to $50.50. Obviously I did not order anything and certainly not from out of the country. Upon googling the website I found that there are numerous accounts of others that have been fradulently charged from this company. Apparently there is a porn site that uses CCBILLEU.COM's services to do their billing from Valetta MH (Malta). Heads up, check your statements!

This company has drawn £20 from my bank account by debit card - this was not authorised by me.
CCBillEU is an online billing company, processing transactions for third parties, so the fault lies with whoever made a purchase using my details.
UPDATE.
The £20 taken from my account on the 5th of October 2009 was returned to my account on 12th October 2009.
It pays to get up and complain for yourself.
The documentation my bank said would be sent to me, when I raised this issue on 5th October, has just arrived - 13th October. It was dated 7th October and has spent five or more days in the post.
CCBillEU has behaved entirely, in a responsible and fair manner. and has demonstrated a far greater regard for the urgency of my situation than has my bank, LLoyds TSB. Through CCBillEU, I was able to provide enough information to my local Police to prompt an immediate investigation that has a fair chance of resulting in an arrest.

They have replied that they are refunding and have given limited details of the origin of the fraud, which I have passed onto the Police.
They seem keen to resolve the matter quickly. Hopefully, the cash will soon be back in my account.

It's a phantom porn site that says it has 100's of womens sexy wrestling vids and pics but when you become a member ($29.95/mo), and enter the site, nothing works (no pics video anything). They left a note from 2009 saying it only works on Windows XP and Vista and to download a codex file to watch, well f*** that are they serious? Haven't they heard of JAVA? How stuupid do they think the average semi tech individual is. Trying to get out of their site is also a joke, if you try to shut down your browser, a site storefront popup for "Cali Logan.com" (looks like underage jailbait chick) flashes. She's cute, but no way I'm even peeking out the corner of my eye at a 16 yr old looking teen who hasn't had her 1st period yet. And I'm single but still know I don't want 50 to life.
If you're really pressed for pay porn that is secure really. AEBN and Hotmovies are the 2 benchmarks today. They do everything by the book and no surprises. If you're completely beat up by any more pay porn expereinces, try Tube8.com. I pesonally have watched 1000's of clips and the only irritating thing is when you do first search, "live Jasmin" (a ppv live go go girl show) popup appears but just "hit the little red X". Your bank should be opening a dispute for you and have these amounts stopped. Your bank can issue you new cards and even open another account for you. That is what my bank done. This way any card or bank details they have for you will no longer be valid. Hope this helps.

credit card fraud
I joined a web site that used cc bill to collect the credit card information and charge my account. this was the first time I have used the credit card in months. just got called from my bank fraud department asking about charges today. it was not me that placed any orders today. I have not used the card since the cc bill charge. I do not even carry the credit card with me. the only way someone could get that number and use it would be by cc bill giving out that information. they either gave it out or somebody that works there stole it. I called them and of course they say they didn't do anything wrong. how else could someone get my card number when I never use it except this one time. it did not happen by itself. I used the card for a cc bill charge and now I am dealing with fraudulent charges from other places online. cc bill is the only place someone could have gotten that credit card number to use.
Do not sign up at any web site that uses cc bill.com!
