I called to book a hotel room and had to cancel due to it being the wrong hotel address I needed. I called back to cancel/correct. I can't even get anyone to admit they have the reservation. they either disconnect the call or tell me to call back later... 6 phone calls later, no one can find the reservation, I can see it on my credit card 2 X's. This was yesterday, so I tried calling again today. Same thing. They either "disconnect" the call and I have to call back or they can't find the reservation. I am unable to cancel the reservation which is for tomorrow!
Desired outcome: dismiss all charges from my credit card.
