This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I ordered the "free" CD with a 7.95 shipping fee. I did know that this was really a charge for the CD but I ordered it anyway.

However, buried in the fine print I did not see the membership fees that would follow withing 7 days of receiving the CD. I did however find it when a charge of 72.00 appeared unexpectedly on my credit card. When I called customer service to ask that it be removed and explain that I didn't know about it and had obviously not visited the membership area since I didn't know about it I was in for a shock. I was told there was
no way I would get a refund and I should have read the fine print because it was just too bad for me. I could
cancel but absolutely no refund.

I had to file a complaint with my credit card company and change my credit card number.

I guess Charles Ryder does live in a mansion. He rips off poor people trying to find a way to make
a living. Get em while they're down! Go Charles Ryer - you scam artist.

A fraudster for sure, cnnot contct him by phone or email or any way. Wont return or answer any calls, no known method of contacting him. Inactivate your credit cards and return his cloner cd back to him . These tactics are use d by the lowest ### of the internet.

I am happy to report that Ryder Marketing has issued a full refund and cancellation of the Income Cloner subscription. The problem may have been a mere misunderstanding between both sides. I have since found Ryder Marketing to be completely responsive to my emails and now feel confident that they are indeed worthy of standing behind their satisfaction guarantee. This is by no way an endorsement of Ryder Marketing, only a statement that they have honored their guarantee. I respectfully retract and apologize for the inflammatory language that I used in my previous post. J.Kris Helf

I had a similar challenge with good ole Ryder Marketing...I love the arguement up above they have thousands of customers etc and no complaints. Well consider this another complaint you need to fix your Internet Support site I submitted over 4 tickets and called left several messages on your voice mail per your instructions. I was still charged and it wasn't until someone from your company called me to sell me on a limited edition special investor oppurtunity did it finally get addressed. So umm yeah you gave me a refund after I threatened to go to the BB.

What upset me the most is you didn't make it clear I was getting signed up for a monthly subscription when I ordered your initial DVD. You did tell me in email after that and then you made it as difficult as possible to cancel a 97 a month charge. I wouldn't be surprised to see if you don't get more complaints.

Please make it much more clear you are going to charge people a 97 month fee and you need to make it much easier to cancel. Your support site is broken and your folks aren't calling people back from the voicemails. Please fix your broken process otherwise you are going to get a bad name for yourself and you make the whole IM industry look bad.

I assure you that if you go to WWW.INTERNETSUPPORTSITE.COM and submit a ticket you will be cancelled and refunded.

Gene, the reason you could not get to our support site was because you spelled it wrong. www.internetsopporsite.com is what you used.

Please go to www.internetsupportsite.com for further help. My guess is that you have already been refunded and have not checked your statements, it can take up to 3 days for the refund to reflect on your end.

We kindly ask that you please remove any slanderous comments about us.

Thanks god I didn't buy his products as I'm receiving 3-5 emails from him every day requesting to buy his products and if I don't make money withing 90 days he is going to coach me personally;

First of all I didn't sign in, in his follow up message and I don't know how he got my email?

Second WHO IS HE? I haven't heard his name as one of marketing gurus or internet millionaires...

Third; he insists to buy his material without knowing at least headlines! What's in it?

I totally agree with you guys that we must make sure with whom we are dealing with before fall in their net.

Good Luck and hope you will get refund for you money

Right now, I'm watching DVD #1 -- I can't testify to the validity of this program, but at this point, I'm about to vomit at how BAD a speaker this guy is. So far, 27 minutes of rampling, stuttering, uh's, ok's, and you-knows.

I don't care if he IS a millionaire -- he's a terrible communicator. Please tell him to take a public speaking class or join Toastmasters.

I am looking for a legitimate lucrative homebase business. I desperately need one. I was going to look at Charles Ryder...I am now confused and not sure. I have been scam once to often. How do you know when you have come across a good home business. They all sound so convincing. I just want to make some money and I don't want to hurt or lie to anyone. Does anyone have a suggestion of a legitimate, productive home based business?

I signed up for the "INCOMECLONER" FREE DVD for which I was charged for shipping 8.99. I realized it was highly unpfofessional audio...and the DVD failed halfway through. I tried to cancel within the 14 day period.
All correspondence comes back as undeliverable.
I have written to the Mchenry Il addressw...no reply or acknowledgement. This is the 3rd month they are taking money from my debit account. Because of this my bill payments are bouncing. I am on a strict SS
monthly income.
How the hell are we to get satisfaction? I haven't opened the last 2 packages and the PO wants money to return these to sender.

I, too, have tried to reach them over the past couple weeks with no response. Actually, they did call me back once... they just didnt say anything. What does one have to do to get out of the monthly income cloner? Guess I will have to go the route of Visa or the BBB also..I want my money back..

36 days ago I posted a complaint about paying US$108 without placing an order besides the "FREE DVD" for which I paid S&H.
I contacted Charles Ryder through their help desk and they promptly refunded my payment as soon as I requested a refund.
I hereby testify that Charles Ryder Co., is doing their best to comply with all customer requests, is a legitimate business (not fraud of any kind) and provide excellent customer service.
I am withdrawing my complaint, although I cannot find a way to delete it.
So, for anyone who is wondering if to "buy or not to buy" from Charles Ryder, you don't have to worry. You can buy with confidence, as they don attend to all customer inquiries and refunds. I do give my positive recommendation for this company.

I'm from Canada, and after reading the negative comments, I tried the 1-866 number on the back of the DVD and it said that it doesn't work in my area. I tried the website and it wouldn't go. I'm wondering if any other Canadians have different numbers to get through to this company.

Susan,

The charge you received is from your DVD of the month club membership.

When you made your order for the FREE DVD you were also given the opportunity to participate in Charles’ DVD of the month club which is clearly stated on the website you ordered from, on the page where you entered in your credit card information, and also on the video itself which you have recieved. We provide our support information not only on all our products, but also on our websites.

Simply call [protected] or go to our support site at www.internetsupporsite.com and we will help you out right away.

Why didn't you try this method first? Why did you post this comment without trying to receive help? It's rediculous, if you just follow directions you'll get help!

The DVD you got for FREE is to help get you stared but in 2.5 hours you can only learn so much so Charles created his DVD of the month club for people like you who want to change their lives and are willing to take the action necessary to do so.

According to our records you have already been cancelled and refunded on 2/04/09.

You basically just have to follow directions. We clearly state that in order to cancel or for further assistance please call our support line at [protected] or visit our support site at www.internetsupportsite.com

As soon as we did hear from you were immediatley taken care of and sent out an email. The comment you have made is not only ridiculous, but untrue.

Hello,

After reading all of these comments (good and bad) I would like to hear from someone who actually bought the system, followed the directions and is making money. I've done the Herbalife thing and many other online "work from home" opportunities and have not seen any "profit" I have seen some return but zero "profit". I am staying Neutral because I am at the stage of just receiving emails requesting to buy or send for the "free" DVD and I have yet to do so. If their is someone out there truly making money with this system and "living the life" please let me know.

Thanks!
Phil

Why I am offended now, is that EVERYTHING IN MY COMPLAINT WAS TRUE! Your DVD's are CRAP! You should Quality Confirm that they IN FACT play through. Also, what I meant by unprofessional was the language used. You say my complaint is untrue? Obviously YOU DIDN'T PLAY IT THROUGH EITHER!

By the way my refund should have been $204!

When you stand down and take care of this fully, I will withdraw my complaint!

My credit card provider - MBNA - rang through to the number they had on file for this subscription when I told them that the payment was not authorised, and that I had no idea I had been subscribed to a membership. I was told I would receive a refund within days... no sign so far of a refund. The important thing was that I never received any confirmation or email of any sort about a recurring payments and interestingly, no emails at all with any links to the membership. So I cannot access the site at any rate, not that I wish to after this.

To the Anonymous person above:

If you went to our support site or called our 866 number you have been taken care of. It takes up to 72 hours to reflect on your end.

Our emails must have been blocked by their spam filters so they never received our replies letting them know they were refunded.

( we have contacted them all asking if they would post replies and unfortunately some of them would not. Which is not very honest because they know they were refunded before they even left the comment.)

If you need any help we suggest you call us at [protected] and you will be taken care of right away.

For those complains saying we don't answer. Give us a call anytime and see for yourself.

Call right now you will see that we answer every call and if for some reason our lines are full. Leave a message and you will get a reply back that day. (you must leave your number for us to call you back)

What you must understand is the fact that we have 1000's of new customers every single month. With that many people you end up with a few cases once in a wile where people's spam filter will block our emails and they will think we are avoiding them.

We do everything we can to have great support and the main reason that things don't work out is that people don't use the support systems we recommend. (our www.InternetSupportSite.com and our support number [protected]) use either of these and you will be taken care of right away.

The problem happens when people try to email us and the email ISP's block our emails. That's why you use our ticket system and our 800 number and you will be taken care of.
Thanks for taking time to read our side of the story because I assure you we are here to help you succeed.

Can you believe I am being bullied into removing my comment; "Fraud, inability to contact." First, what you are doing is illegal. I am protected under the first amendment. Would you sue Consumer Reports for giving your product a bad rating? I am allowed to share my opinion on the quality of anything, product or service. I stated my opinion and experience on the income cloner. I never asked for a refund for a product that is useless to me. However, should your company pursue to threaten to sue me; I am protected under the first amendment and can counter sue for breach of duty non-performance and harassment. Additionally, I will contact the BBB and the State and Federal Attorney to report you illegal practice. I will forward all docs and v. m.'s. I would advise you to think through what you are doing. As you never know who may be on the receiving end! Someone who knows the law with powerful CONTACTS. So take your lawsuit threats and shove it! Maybe this should be a learning experience in improving you operation rather than wasting all this time on impossible lawsuits to defend Bad Business Practices. Should you continue to pursue this little lawsuit project, I will see you in court collecting your money and you will be well know in the media! You
Good Luck,

Susan,

I apologize for sending that letter, it was a mistake on my part to send that to you.
What I was trying to do was gather a list of people who have made fraudulent comments about us on the complaints board, I accidently put your name on that list when it should not have been on there. The problem is we get people that make false claims about us and it could be from anyone, even our competition. Other comments are from people who KNOW that they've been helped, and refunded in full and yet still they post negative comments about us. Again I apologize for sending you that letter and hope you can forgive me.

Thanks,
Bill

I have read all of your complaints and would like to comment.

I have received the first 3 videos at $97 dollars and am just now getting a chance to watch them. Video #1 was the longest 2 hours of my life and a waste of money. There was so little information there and Charles rambled on without a script or outline. He comes across as unprofessional because of mispronounced words and poor public speaking skills. Charles, you mentioned that we were just having a "conversation" -- but a conversation is 2 way. I purchased your videos to gain comprehensive, detailed information on starting an internet business. I didn't expect you to ramble on for 2 hours. I expected more usable information.

In all fairness to Ryder Marketing, I would not encourage anyone to give weight to what they read on the [redacted]. In my opinion, it is a website that attracts conspiracy buffs and people who are generally unsatisfied with everything in life.

I hope to gain more from video's 2 and 3. If they provide as little valuable content as video #1, I'll be visiting the customer service website for a refund and to cancel membership. If I encounter any difficulties, I'll follow-up here to let you know. And if I find valuable information to help me build an internet business, I'll let you know that, too.

Best regards,
Christine Murphy

What a small world. I live in Traverse City... the home on the National Cherry Festival and Ryder Marketing's world headquarters... also known as Charle's Mom's basement! lol. This is a pretty small town, and I have been a business owner for 10 years and have never heard of this guy. I was going to buy the course even though I pretty much guessed it would pretty much useless just to support a local business. But just to make sure he wasn't a scam I sent him 3 emails each about a month apart... no response at all... and NOT in my spam folder as he loves to claim. I want to hang out in the post office all day watching his PO Box just so I can see what kind of car he drives. I think a picture of this hot shot marketing guru driving around in his 1996 Kia posted on the Internet would be priceless. Would following him home to his mobile home be considered stalking? lmao He posted a pic of some mansion that he claimed was his... yeah right. Charles, I will meet you anywhere in TC, buy you lunch, and you can take me to your monster sized house. If it is yours... I will let you punch me in the face. Deal?

This is all getting a little too crazy. I ordered the Income Cloner a few months back and I have been happy with the DVDs. I find them very helpful and if I have any questions I go to the support site and I always receive a response within 24 hours. And Charles does not pick up his own mail, his support staff does.

Greetings,

In general, my complaint is about the marketing methods being employed here. I have no beefs with legitimate marketing, but my personal email address has been compromised by someone connected to Charles Ryder.

The particular email address, where I am receiving these invites and where this offer is addressed to, has never been opted in to any newsletter, membership or offer of any kind. No filters have been used or have been necessary for more than 2 years now, but recently I started receiving invitations to Charles Ryder along with others on at this personal email address.

It would appear that someone has collected this personal email address from someones email in-box (this is illegal) along with others and has sold them as "Prime" leads to internet marketers such as Charles Ryder. This is tantamount to having your private home phone number taken from your neighbors Rolodex and sold to the replacement window and door industry.

I have watched video my family ordered income cloner #1 and #2 and because of those videos I will be ordering the success cloner package. I have read many comments here and honestly the ones that see the value here are in the right mindset and the ones that don't or ridicule a program because they just don't understand. He says um's and ok's because Charles is trying to be understood by everyone in a simple everyday conversation so u can feel comfortable and truly see that if he can then you can do it as well. It is a fact that the only difference between all of us middle class and millionaires is only the way we think about money, that is truly it. No special mumbo-jumbo, its really just that simple. All of you that say its a scam, I feel sorry for you that because of your closed mind and inflexibility to change will keep you from enjoying a better life for yourself and loved ones. If u can't contact the company then it is a result of your own error or lack of responsibility to take action that supports your financial status now. You need to look more closely to your spam emails and leave a detailed message, and talk clearly and concisely. Thank you Ryder Marketing staff and Charles Ryder for giving me the opportunity to change my life, I have a clear path now.

Sincerely,

Andre

I also requested the "free" DVD - but I DID see the fine print, to which I paid attention. I cancelled within the 7 day period. Had no problem. Their help desk was indeed a "help" desk I received the "free DVD' and listened to it last night. The quality of the DVD is excellent - first "free DVD" I've ever received that actually played on my computer. There IS a lot of "blowing his own horn" but he's honest about it, and before I finished the free DVD I'd gotten some very good information on how to actually get started. If his successive monthly DVDs are as good as this first one, I would expect it to be a worthwhile investment. When I can afford it, I will probably go for the successcloner course!

Yes I too fell for the $7.95 shipping for the CD and wound up with $104.95 getting sucked from me. I have read all I have and see nothing about being auto-signed up for something anywhere. I believe this is a scam at least a backhanded way of sticking it to you. Called Cusotmer Service the minute I noticed I had been charged and was promised a refund. Yet to see it! Mr Ryder has a compelling attraction in his message at first. The CD put me to sleep -long winded, redundant, boring -my kids could have delivered a more concise and coherant message. Nothing on it I didn't already know. That was not worth the $8 in shipping let alone any of the rest of his junk. This is a scam and should be shut down. My $104.95 loss is costing me in other ways. I would not recommend anyone do business with these people.

I purchased the Income Cloner Success package from Ryder Mktng, and to this date I am still eing charged $197.50 every month for the last 3 months. The Success Cloner was supposed to be an all inclusive package with no more to purchase. Why am I still being charged for this package if it is all inclusive to start a business? I demand all my monies be returned to me ASAP with no more BS phone numbers and website referrals. This must be a scam if one cannot contact the company in any way. RESPOND, Joe Matlock

Joe,
Hi,

We offer both a toll free phone number and support from www.internetsupportsite.com where tickets can be submitted and they are answered within 24 hours. I show that you signed up for the success cloner and that you were billed the monthly payments and that all of your payments have been completed. The information for Success Cloner does state that there are monthly payments for it, not a one time purchase for $197. I did try to call you at the phone number on your account but was unable to reach you.

Thank you
