Chuck E. Cheese's / CEC Entertainment review: Ticket promotion

I signed up with a promotion offered by Chuck E Cheese and Hendrick Motorshorts. This promotion started June 14, 2023 and runs throught Nov 5 2023. When any Hendricks driver places 1,2, or 3 I get 500 tickest for 1st 250 for 2nd and 100 for 3rd place. If this happens I get a code emailed to me valid for 7 days to be redeemed. Each time to do that they get added to my chuck e cheese app and Need to be used by the November 30th deadline. I had a 500, 500, 250, and 2 100 ticket vouchers available in my app. I went to redeem them September 1 and they all disappeared. I explained this via email to a Chuck E cheese rep and they stated on the last email "they have the right to with or without notice change any reward requirements at any time. So even though they gave an expiration date of November 30 they decided to without notice to removed all these ticket promo's from my app. They offered no explanation why or offered any resolution to this only to say I have no active rewards. I followed the terms to get these ticket promo's and would like chuck e cheese to honor the tickets.
